Acceptance
By creating an account or using the Klik service, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Guests who upload photos through an event link are also bound by these terms.
The service
Klik provides a web-based platform for collecting and sharing photos at events. Hosts create events, share a link or QR code, and guests upload photos. Klik stores and serves those photos for the duration of the plan's gallery life.
Account and ownership
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All events and data associated with your account are yours. Klik does not claim ownership over your content.
Acceptable use
You may not use Klik to upload, store, or share content that: is illegal under French or EU law; infringes a third party's intellectual property rights; is defamatory, obscene, or harassing; contains malware or attempts to compromise the security of the service. Klik reserves the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate this policy.
Guest-uploaded content
Guests retain copyright over photos they upload. By uploading, guests grant the event host a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to view, download, and use those photos for personal purposes related to the event. Klik stores photos solely to deliver the service and does not use guest photos for any other purpose.
Payments and refunds
Plan purchases are one-time payments processed by Stripe in EUR. Because digital content is delivered immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds once a plan has been applied to an event. If you have a billing dispute, contact contact@klik.photo within 14 days of the charge.
Service availability
We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance at any time. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service unavailability.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. On termination, your events and photos will be deleted within 30 days.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, Belgium. If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, you also retain the benefit of any mandatory protective provisions of your home country's law.
